Advertising Sponsor Opportunities
We would love to help grow your business by offering several affordable options to assist you in putting your business or product in front of thousands of local families. As an added bonus, all sponsors are given two passes to shop the private pre-sale before the public. Keep them for yourself or use them as a promotional tool for your business.
Advertising sponsorships are first come, first serve and we will only accept one of each business type (ex: direct sales for cooking, jewelry or home decor; will only accept one company in each area). There are a limited number of sponsorships available for each event. Payment in full and signed contract must be received to reserve your spot. Checks should be made payable to Coastal Consignments. Fees are non-refundable. Coastal Consignments Inc., dba Coastal Kids Consignment Sales will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of advertising sponsor merchandise or materials.

We require ALL sponsors to distribute our sale flyer in pdf format (via email and/or pass out) to your customers, e-mail data base, facebook, twitter, family & friends. We need help spreading the word about our event & the more people who visit, the more opportunites to build your business.

Sponsor a table at our 3 day event. Display your products, advertise your services & pass out information to your target market. One table and one chair provided. Must indicate on contract if electricity is needed & we will do our best to place you near an outlet but no guarantees. If needed, another table may be rented for an additional $50 but limited number available. Price includes at least 1 mention on our Facebook fan page (more if time/space permits).
Moms & kids will be drawn to visit your table if you offer a free sample, service, craft/activity, giveaway etc. Past sale table sponsors will tell you, if you just sit at a table filled with your products, no one will stop at your table or glance your way so make the most of this opportunity to put your business in front of LOTS of LOCAL families!!
Place a discount coupon or freebie (pen, note pad, product sample, etc) promoting your business in our Goodie bags which are passed out to the first 250 shoppers. If your business has the ability to distribute 250 of our flyers to your customers either via paper or email, we will gladly include your goodie bag items for free! Call for details.
Flyer Sponsor

For each event we pass out between 5,000 and 7,500 professionally printed, glossy oversized postcard flyers. These are given to area daycares, schools, community events and family friendly businesses. The front side is a full color ad of our event and the back side (black & white) includes info about the event as well as ad spaces for local businesses. Space is limited and fills up fast so call for details.
Place ad, coupon or business card plus a link to your website or social network page of your choice on Coastal Kids Consignment Sales home page for 6 months. Everyone who visits our website will see your advertisement proudly displayed on our home page which get the highest amount of traffic.
Newletter ad sponsor $20/monthly
Place ad, coupon or business card plus a link to your website or social network page of your choice in our newsletter. Thousands of local families receive our newsletter and our mailing list increases every month. During peak sale season (60 days prior to actual sale date), we send a newsletter every 15 days. During the off season, we send a monthly newsletter. We currently have a 78% response rate to our newsletter! Space is limited and fills up fast so call for details.
